Belmont Park Association
Belmont Park Association is a town home community located in southwest Houston
near the intersection of S. Gessner and U.S. 59. The community consists of 178 town homes with amenities including a swimming
pool with a baby wading pool, a clubhouse, playground, and well landscaped
greenbelts. The homes in Belmont Park are two story town homes with covered
parking spaces in the backs of the homes.
The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of
seven members. The Board of Directors meets each month on the second
Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. The meetings are held at the community clubhouse and
are open to all members. If you would like to address the Board at a
meeting, please call DTA at least one week prior to the meeting to be placed on
the agenda.
The Association
fees for the year 2009 are $229.00 per month. The maintenance fees pay for
the water for each home and the common areas, the exterior lighting, the
landscaping, pool maintenance, clubhouse maintenance, common area insurance,
administration of the community, and the maintenance crew and exterior repairs.
