Campbell Homes Association Campbell Homes is a condominium community housing 72 single story units. It is in a great location off of I-10 and Blalock. The amenities include large green belts, a swimming pool, private parking spaces, and private driveways and roads. Each unit has an enclosed patio. The community was built in 1966 as apartments and converted in 1977 to privately owned condominiums. The monthly maintenance fees for 2005 are $170.00. The fees pay for the water for each unit and the common areas, the lighting for the driveways, parking lots and walkways, portering services twice a week, landscaping, pool maintenance, building maintenance, common area plumbing repairs, tree trimming and removal, administrative services, and building insurance. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five volunteer members who are homeowners in the community. The Board has elected to hire a professional management company to assist in the daily administration of the Association. The board meetings are held quarterly, and the annual meeting of the members is held in April.
