Carmel HOA Welcome Carmel Homeowners! We are excited that we have been provided the opportunity to assist you with your needs as a community and as homeowners. Carmel HOA is a single family subdivision with 18 homes located in Houston. The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of three members. The Board members provide their time and effort to ensure that Carmel operates smoothly and that the terms of the governing documents are met by each homeowner. The Board has employed DTA Management Services, Inc., to assist in the financial administration of the community. The annual Association fees for the year 2008 are $800.00. The maintenance fees pay for common area maintenance such as landscaping, street lights, insurance, and administration of the community.
