Greenspoint Landing Townhomes

Greenspoint Landing is a gated condominium community located in the Greenspoint area of Houston near I-45 and Greens Road. 

The community consists of 75 condominiums with amenities including a swimming pool and landscaped greenbelts.  The homes in Greenspoint Landing are two story with covered parking spaces in the backs of the homes.

The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of five members.  The Board of Directors meets each month.

The Association fees for the year 2008 range from $160 to $225 per month without the special assessment.  The maintenance fee is determined by the size of the home.

 The maintenance fees pay for the water for each home and the common areas, the exterior lighting, the landscaping, pool maintenance, common area insurance, administration of the community, and the maintenance of the buildings.
