Lakeland Section IV
Civic Club is a community located in The Woodlands area consisting of
approximately 150 lots. Amenities in the community include a clubhouse
and lake.
The community is
governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board members meet on
the second Thursday of each month.
The $45.00
maintenance fees are billed quarterly. The maintenance fees pay for
common area maintenance such as lake management, landscaping,
insurance, clubhouse maintenance and administration of the community.
