Northview West/Willow West HOA Northview West/Willow West is a single family subdivision located near I-45 and 1960. The community consists of 577 homes with amenities including a swimming pool, greenbelts, two playgrounds and tennis courts. The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of five members. The Board members meet on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the Ponderosa Volunteer Fire Department station located on Imperial Valley. The annual Association fees for the year 2008 are $389.00. The maintenance fees pay for common area maintenance such as pool operations, landscaping, street lights, insurance, constable patrol and administration of the community. Upcoming Events
